We took the most intense swim lessons in July. They were more like swim lessons for Navy Seals. Norah definitely vomited into the teachers hand during the lesson and then was put right back into the water. I could only handle participating in them for one week. Though it must be said that both kids were swimming by the end of the week.

I so wanted to do this for Noah, I hear they are brutal though. I might need Alex to take them!!
That's crazy how they just threw her in the water......glad they were swimming better and survived :)
